They say the more things change, the
more things stay the same, and for ThoroCap, nothing could be more true.
When we began operation as Win at
Oaklawn, our goals were simple. We
wanted to produce the best tip sheet available for Oaklawn Park and to
have fun doing it. On the surface, much has changed since then.
We've added a dozen new tracks to our
lineup and expanded our services to include quarter horse and greyhound
handicapping in addition our famous thoroughbred handicapping. We've
upgraded and enhanced our website, added exciting new features like
Cap-on-Demand and our one-of-a-kind guarantee. We've even changed
our name. We've grown to be sure. We've gotten
bigger, busier, and, we hope, better at what we do.
But the most important things
haven't changed at all. We want to produce
the best tip sheets available. We want to have fun doing it, and we want
you to have fun too.
We still can't promise to produce
perfect tip sheets, and we still haven't discovered
the secret to horse racing infallibility. But that's
okay, because we still know that wagering on horses ought to be viewed as
a long-term investment. And we still know we'll have many more good days
than bad.
No, we still can't promise you our
picks will never lose, but we do promise you that when you win, we'll win
with you. And when you lose, we'll lose too.
And we just ain't gonna lose that
often.

- Daily Tip Sheets for our featured tracks are published
every racing day and are among the best in the industry,
- Our innovative new service, Cap-on-Demand, allows customers
to order a tip sheet for any U.S. thoroughbred, quarter horse or
greyhound track with just 24-hours notice.
Both are backed by our one-of a kind guarantee, if a ThoroCap
tip sheet doesn't produce at least 30% of the race winners, it's FREE.
A.D. Bean
The Hot Sheet (HOT)
A.D. Bean has been handicapping professionally for 36 years, and while
he has focused primarily on major southwestern and western tracks, his tip
sheets for eastern tracks have fared very well. A.D.'s tip sheet,
The Hot Sheet, has been an Internet favorite for a number of years.
Wally Cunningham
Wally's Daily Winners (WDW)
One of ThoroCap's co-founders, Wally Cunningham has been
handicapping thoroughbreds for more than a decade. A horse owner himself,
Wally's understanding of all aspects of the sport of thoroughbred racing
informs his selections and makes his tip sheet, Wally's Daily Winners,
tough to beat. In addition to WDW's Oaklawn Park Edition, Wally's Daily
Winners also publishes special editions for the Triple Crown.
J.R. Davis
MOPICKS
The second handicapper to join the ThoroCap team
and ThoroCap's first partner based outside of Arkansas, Missourian J.R.
Davis joined the ThoroCap Team as our handicapper for Keeneland. A solid
performer from top to bottom, J.R.'s tip sheet, MOPICKS, is now
published for Belmont Park, Churchill Downs, Del Mar Thoroughbred Club,
Saratoga Race Course and Hollywood Park.
Greg Hannah
Hannah's Hunches (HH)
The newest member of the ThoroCap team, Greg
Hannah has been a member of the Oaklawn Park staff for 39 years. He has
been handicapping the Oaklawn ponies most of that time and has developed a
loyal following in the process. Greg brings a true insider's perspective
to the ThoroCap Team and will be sharing valuable information gleaned from
his numerous backside contacts.
Jim Johnson
Jim's Pony Picks and Jim's Puppy Picks (JPP)
Easily one of Oaklawn Park's most experienced and
respected handicapper's, Jim Johnson and his tip sheet, Jim's Pony
Picks, joined the ThoroCap group in April of 2005 with outstanding
selections for Louisiana Downs and Lone Star Park. JPP has since
published editions for Ellis Park, Sam Houston Race Park, Turfway Park,
Fair Grounds and Mountaineer Race Track. ThoroCap's resident greyhound
guru, Jim handles all of our handicapping in that realm.
